Before You Book

Got Questions About Our Tacos?

Here's everything you need to know about fresh taco service for your event.

Booking

How do I book you?

Booking's all done online β€” quick and easy. That said, we're always down to chat on the phone if you've got questions about our service. Just know that quotes have to go through email; we can't hand those out over the phone.

How do I check if my date is available?

Hit up the form on our website to check your date. We've got multiple trucks and cuisines ready to roll, so don't be shy β€” reach out and let's make it happen.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

All cancellation and reschedule policies can be found in our booking terms linked in the footer of our website. You'll also get a copy with your catering agreement when you book.

Can the serving time change after I book?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Once we lock in your booking, we make commitments to other events based on that time slot. If your requested change would conflict with another commitment we've already made, we won't be able to shift it.

How far in advance should I book?

For best availability, lock us in 4-8 weeks out β€” but don't stress if you're tight on time, since rush bookings and even week-of are typically available. Just know that if your first choice is already booked, we may need to roll with a backup option instead.

Can I check availability before I know every detail?

It's tough to lock down availability until we've got your location and time nailed down. Without that, we're basically throwing darts at a wall.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are dictated by your catering agreement. They are also found in the booking terms in the footer of our website.

What information do you need to give me a quote?

To get you a quote, just send over the date, time, address, and guest count.

Pricing & terms

What happens to my price if the event changes?

We're happy to update your event details, but heads up: confirmed guest counts can't be reduced. If any approved changes affect your price, we'll spell it out in a revised quote β€” no guesswork, no surprises.

What affects the price of my event?

Your date, service time, guest count, and event address all factor into your final price.

Is gratuity included or expected?

Gratuity is not included or added automatically. Tipping is optional, and any cash or card tip goes directly to the crew serving your event.

Are there any fees I should know about up front?

Your written quote shows all charges before you book, including any travel, taxes, or booking fees. We do not add fees after you accept the quote unless your event changes and you approve a revised price.

Is there a minimum spend?

Most events have a minimum based on the date, location, guest count, and service time. We will confirm your minimum in writing before you book.

Do you offer fixed per-person pricing?

Sometimes. Pricing may be per person, package-based, or subject to a minimum depending on the event. Your quote will clearly show how your price is structured.

What is included in the quote you send me?

Every quote covers food service for your quoted guest count, plus the plates, utensils, and serving supplies that come with your selected service.

How is your pricing structured?

Every event is quoted individually based on the menu, guest count, service time, and location. Your accepted quote is your price unless you approve a later revision.

Are there travel fees, and how far will you travel?

Travel fees may apply based on where our serving team is coming from. If there is a travel charge, it will be listed on your quote before you book. Service range varies by date and location.

How do you work out travel costs?

Travel costs come down to where our serving truck is rolling out from and how far it's heading to reach your event. We've got trucks based in many major metro areas, and we can travel beyond them when available.

Food

Can the menu be adjusted for our event?

Absolutely β€” we can adjust the menu to fit your event. Our standard menus are our most popular options, built to be approachable and please a crowd. But if you already know exactly what you want, just tell us and we'll quote that instead.

How is your food actually cooked?

Our food goes from the commissary to the truck β€” cooked in small batches, the same way we'd make it for our own family.

Do you have kid-friendly options?

Absolutely β€” we've got kid-friendly options covered. Just let us know what you're thinking ahead of time. Kids can be picky, so tell us what your little ones like and we'll make sure we can make it happen. Every kid is different, and we're happy to make them happy.

What do you refuse to compromise on?

Quality and responsiveness β€” non-negotiable, full stop. Communication is the key that gives you the reassurance we know what you want and how to pull it off. And the food? That's what makes your event go smooth.

What do guests notice most about your food?

Guests notice the passion and love in every bite. Our teams don't cook because they "can" β€” they cook because they want to.

What sides and drinks come with it?

Every menu comes with its own set of sides, and we're happy to make changes where needed. As for drinks, we roll with an assortment of soda and water, which can vary by region.

What do you serve?

Wherever the party's happening, we're there β€” we roll out for gigs all over. Most of our stops are private parties, but you'll catch us at select public events too β€” just know every party comes with required sales minimums based on our inputs.

Dietary

How do you handle food allergies?

We are very sensitive to guest needs. We put the upmost care into accommodating, but we only know the dietary restrictions you tell us up front. If there are severe allergies or needs please let our team know up front.

Do you offer gluten-friendly options?

We absolutely do β€” fresh gluten-friendly options are on the menu!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate for almost any situation as long as we know up front. Surprises on site don't usually go well for our team or your guests.

Do you offer a vegetarian option?

Yes β€” every one of our menus includes a vegetarian option. You're welcome to build your own menu, but we strongly recommend keeping at least one vegetarian option on there, since it's such a common dietary need among guests.

Service & the day

How early do you arrive before service starts?

Our crew rolls in 30-60 minutes before service kicks off β€” we build in that range because traffic can be unpredictable.

How do you communicate with hosts before and during the event?

We keep the lines of communication tight, before and during your event. About 24-48 hours out, we'll email you the day-of contact info for the truck team. You'll also get an automated email prompt beforehand, just to confirm nothing's changed with your party so we're all set to roll. Then, once we're on-site, we'll call the host to let you know we've arrived and get pointed to parking.

How long does service take for a larger event?

Typically, we can plate up 60-80 guests per hour. The exact pace depends on how streamlined your menu is and what vision you have for the event. For bigger crowds, we recommend bringing in some of our other partner trucks to keep those lines moving fast.

What happens to leftover food?

We'll either haul the leftovers off and dispose of them ourselves, or they're all yours, host β€” your call. Just give us a heads up 15 minutes before service if you want to keep them, so we can bundle everything up and stay on schedule for our next catering.

How does the serving line actually move?

Every party's got its own rhythm. The real bottleneck? Communication at the window β€” walking guests through the menu takes time. Our goal is to fire out food fast, but we can only move as quick as your guests order. Get the menu in front of them ahead of time, and that line moves a whole lot faster.

What do you do when the line gets long?

When the line gets long, we don't slow down β€” we speed up. We start batch cooking so we can get 2-3 orders at once and cook to the back of the line, keeping a few orders of each option ready at all times so once it's ordered, it can go out the window. With the line being long, nothing goes stale or sits β€” it all goes out within a minute or two while we're cooking to replace the backstock and keep it moving.

What does setup look like on event day?

We typically roll in 30-60 minutes before service, traffic permitting. Most of our prep is handled before we ever hit your location, so once we're there, we open the window on time and start slinging tacos. When the time frame wraps up - or every guest has been fed - we quietly pack up the truck and head out.

Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?

Yesβ€”we bring all the cutlery and disposables you need so guests can enjoy their meal without a hitch. Heads up though: we don't supply extras for items we're not serving.

What happens at the end of service?

At the end of service, we give the host a quick shoutout, pack up the truck, and hit the road.

Site & logistics

What if my venue has tight or unusual access?

Tight or unusual access? We can work with it. We'll adjust where we park and set up service as needed, and we can give you the truck's dimensions ahead of time so you can confirm the fit. As a good rule of thumb, plan for 40ftx10ftx12ft tall of clearance, with upwards of 50 ft needed to maneuver a trailer in. Worst case, we park where nothing gets damaged and set up a little farther away β€” but everyone still gets fed!

What makes a site difficult to serve?

When venues step in and try to dictate food service, that's what makes a site tough to work with. They might have the space, but they don't have the kitchen or the food service chops to back it up. We love what we do, and we want it to be a win for everyone involved.

What do you need from us on the day?

Here's what we need from you on event day: a clear, level space for us to park, plus someone answering the phone as we roll in so we can get parked in the right spot.

Can you serve indoors, or do you need to be outside?

We can absolutely bring the food inside! Most of the time, fire code requires ventilation to be inside or cooking from electric β€” but that's something we can figure out if needed!

Who handles permits and venue approvals?

Those are handled by the host. We can provide licensing and proof of insurance, but we do not pull event permits or pay venue costs on behalf of a host.

Do you need power or water hookups?

Nope β€” once we're parked, we're fully self-sufficient. No power or water hookups needed.

How much space do you need to set up?

For our trucks, we usually need 40ftx10ft, and for trailers, 50ftx10ft β€” though once we're parked, the truck can detach from the trailer to shrink its footprint.

Can you serve at a school, park, venue, or private property?

We roll wherever the party's atβ€”schools, parks, venues, private property, you name it. We're mobile and come to you!

Events

What kinds of events do you cater?

We cater events of all sizes and styles. If you need great food, we would love to help!

What kind of event are you the best fit for?

Honestly? Any event where great food is the priority. We don't get hung up on the event type β€” we're all about the flavor and the experience we bring to hosts and guests.

What's the most memorable event you've done?

We've rolled up to it all β€” weddings, country super-stars, professional athletes β€” but nothing hits quite like the first time you see your dream come to life and drive that truck out for its very first job. Those early-day experiences? Straight-up unforgettable, memories we'll carry with us forever.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No minimum guest count here β€” what we do have is a minimum spend. Bring your crowd, big or small, and we'll bring the bold flavor.

What size events can you handle?

We roll for every size party out there. Small get-together? We'll send one truck to keep those lines moving. Big blowout? We've scaled up to 17 trucks for a single event. Really, it comes down to your vision for the day β€” we build around it.

The unexpected

What if you run out of food?

We build your order around the guest count you give us upfront β€” enough fresh product to cover everyone, no more, no less. That's why an accurate headcount matters: get us the right number, and we won't run short. As a mobile kitchen, we're not rolling with big fridges and freezers full of backup product, so we can't cover a guest count that runs over what we were told. On the flip side, if your turnout comes in lower than expected, all those leftovers are yours to keep.

What do hosts most often forget to ask?

Dietary restrictions. It's not hard to accommodate your guests if we know up front β€” but once gluten hits the kitchen and half your guests turn out to be GF, there's no eliminating it with 100% certainty. Tell us early and we've got you covered.

What happens if you're delayed getting to the venue?

Real talk: we're a mobile crew, so a bad accident jamming up traffic can occasionally throw us off schedule. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, we've got you β€” we're happy to stay late to make sure everyone gets fed. Accidents aren't our fault or your fault, but you're getting everything you paid for, guaranteed.

What happens if more guests show up than we told you?

There is a chance we run out of food. Its good practice to overestimate by 10-15% to make sure everyone gets fed.

What's your plan if the weather turns bad?

We show up rain, snow, wind, or shine. We can always pack things in to-go containers.

Proof & trust

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All our teams hold a health license and insurance.

What makes you different from other caterers?

As much as we would love to say we serve better food - the truth is our other food truck friends serve great food too, we just believe ours is superior. Our differentiating factor is our communication. We answer the phone at all times, respond to emails at all hours and text you back. We leave no channel left unresponded to.

Can you provide insurance or vendor documentation?

We can provide that when requested. Please note on COI's our agents can take up to 7 days. We are unable to change our policies for events.

How long have you been doing this?

We fired up our first truck back in 2016, and we've been slowly adapting and growing ever since. Let us know how we can serve you!

Why should we book you?

As owner-operators, we know truck service inside and outβ€”every detail, every angle. We're not just caterers; we're your co-hosts. We'll always be upfront about what our trucks can't do, so you're never misled about what's possible.

Where you serve

Why do you need the exact event address?

We can't lock in a quote until we know exactly where we're headed β€” mileage is one of the biggest factors driving your cost, so the address is key to getting you accurate pricing.

Can you serve nearby towns outside the main city?

Absolutely β€” we're mobile, so we can roll wherever you are!

Where do you serve?

We roll up to private parties everywhere. Hit us up today β€” our team's ready to bring the flavor to you.
